Head Tek: Rob has been involved with technology for over 20 years, cutting his teeth with DOS. He lives in Tucson Arizona with his wife Irma and two children. He is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Electronics Technician.

Rob has obtained a wide range of technical knowledge through his experience as a tech support escalation technician with Microsoft and other software products. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology – Web Management, and a Masters of Art in Education – Online Education Development from the University of Phoenix.
